YOU ARE JUSTIFIED
What does it mean to be justified? It means to be declared not guilty. As far as God is concerned you are not guilty of any offence.
The Bible says, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1).
You have been justified Jesus took the punishment for your sins when He died on the cross, though He was not guilty of any sin (I Peter 2:22).
God is no longer holding your sins against you. The Bible says “To wit, that God was in Christ,
reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing
their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5:19).
